The second part of Wolfgang Büldās trilogy records the movement of punk into the suburbs and its creative explosion into New Wave, Ska, Mod and Rude Boy music. This is not a new, retrospective Film: it is Punkās adrenalin rush into a brave new world as it actually happened in the late 70ās.
